Shipping Information
At Another Creation, each garment is produced with intention. Many of our pieces are made-to-order or produced in limited runs, which allows us to reduce waste and maintain a more sustainable production cycle.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 7–9 business days.
For print-on-demand items, including selected outerwear and specialty garments, production may take slightly longer depending on complexity and current demand.
You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

Iceland
Delivery: 7–9 business days after dispatch
Europe
Delivery: 7–9 business days
International (Outside Europe)
Delivery: 7–12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, customs processing, and local postal services.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly indicated at checkout.
Customs & Import Duties
For orders shipped outside Iceland, customs fees, import duties, or local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.

By producing many of our garments on demand, we avoid overproduction and reduce unnecessary waste. This means your item is created specifically for you — a more responsible approach to fashion.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery.
Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control (e.g. customs, weather, or carrier delays).

Returns & Exchanges
At Another Creation, each garment is created with intention. Many of our pieces are produced in limited quantities or made-to-order, allowing us to reduce waste and maintain a more responsible production process.
Because of this, our return policy is designed to balance sustainability with customer care.
Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
All original packaging and tags must be intact
Proof of purchase is required
Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our production, the following items are non-returnable:
Print-on-demand garments
Made-to-order or custom pieces
Limited edition items marked as final sale
These pieces are produced specifically for you and cannot be restocked.
Exchanges
We currently offer exchanges only for:

Incorrect items received
If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item (if eligible).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:
